Latest blog: Organic Retina Wallpapers

Recently I've been using my phone as my main photo editor - even for the shots I take with my DSLR. The touch capabilties make it far more fluid to get the changes I want, and combining a number of different apps gives a really broad range of options.

So, I decided to combine the photo editing with a procedural drawing app, called Omnisketch. It has brushes which change with how fast you draw and with some brushes, the lines you draw interact with each other. I won't go into too much detail, but check it out here.

It's great for abstract stuff and creating lines I wouldn't normally draw, or make manually - but tied in with the photo editing software, I've come up with these organic backgrounds.

All designed and created on the iPhone4S - for the iPhone4S :). Also, use the QR code at the top of this post to visit this page on your phone. You can then save the images to use them as backgrounds.
